Meeting or presentation
The Rooftop café with its roof terrace is ideal for presentations or meetings for up to 45 people. Larger gatherings can be held in the Auditorium, which can accommodate up to 230 people in theater style or up to 100 in classroom style.

We work together with AV suppliers Bourgonje B.V. and ALV Productions. They know our venues and building inside and out. They maintain all our permanent technical equipment and have specialized projection, sound, and lighting technicians. They also offer the right expertise for hybrid meetings, film, or sound recordings. They can advise, support, and assist you with all your AV needs and challenges.
Cateringfor all tastes
Our dedicated catering partner will fulfill every culinary wish: high-quality conference catering, an informal vegan street food concept, stylish dinners on one of the balconies, a food festival in the restaurant or our backyard (from 2027). We always offer a delicious vegetarian catering proposal. We can also offer fish and meat dishes upon request. Would you like to work with your own caterer? In principle, all catering is handled by our in-house caterer. Contact us if you'd like to learn more.
Access to Naturalisand (un)loading of supplies
Naturalis is easily accessible by public transport. From Leiden central station, it's a seven-minute walk to Naturalis. Bicycles are available for rent at the station, Naturalis has a large bicycle parking facility. Bus stops are also nearby. For cars, there is a public parking garage (from February 2) with 580 spaces, including 60 charging stations for electric cars. Parking rates are €1.20 per 30 minutes, €25 per day, or €12.50 for events.
Loading and unloading is possible on the Mendelweg, using a freight elevator. Commercial vehicles up to 1.2 meters high and 2,800 kg can park in the garage. Trailers are permitted only after consultation.
Sustainability down to the last detail
Sustainability and caring for nature go hand in hand. We incorporate sustainability into every decision we make.
Our building is completely natural gas-free, heated by its own thermal energy storage system, and lit with LED lights. We deliberately opted for sustainable ventilation and green sedum roofs to minimize our energy consumption. Our building uses almost exclusively sustainable and recycled building materials, such as natural stone, oak, concrete, glass, and steel. These materials are durable, reusable, and age naturally. We separate all our waste, serve vegetarian catering as standard, and no longer decorate with cut flowers, preferring dried flowers or other alternatives. This also means we consciously consider biodiversity in our décor. In short: sustainable down to the last detail.
